If order is below $100.00 USD, we offer a standard shipping fee of $29.99 USD.

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery frame and a tracking link. For international orders, we use FedEx or DHL.

All orders are 100% refundable after 60 days. To submit a refund, please email us at support@zafirotrend.com, with your order number and we'll provide instructions on how to proceed. 

All orders purchased on our Shopify store will be refunded to the original payment method, unless you notify otherwise via support@zafirotrend.com. Refunds take between 3-7 business days, depending on payment method.
